Igboanugo Tochukwu, 35, of Vingil
Pharmaceuticals Limited, Asaba, shipped in
Tramadol disguised and packaged as condoms
and other illicit drugs at the Tin Can Island Port,
Lagos.
Tramadol is an addictive and often
abused prescription drug. The drugs were
imported from India without permit by the
relevant authorities and were imported for illicit
distribution as they were disguised
