The world’s fattest boy who weighs 192kg at the age of 10

Obese Indonesian boy has been put on a crash diet over fears he may die after being named world's fattest child. Arya Permana, ten, weighs 192 kilograms and is reduced to wearing just a sarong as normal clothes do not fit him.

Arya eats five meals a day, including rice and beef dishes, and has stopped attending school as he cannot walk. His mother said Arya constantly complains of shortness of breath and he has been put on a diet of brown rice. See more photos below;
